Terms & Conditions

1.1. The minimum rental period is 2 days. A shorter rental is possible only by individual arrangement.

1.2. The rental begins and ends at the time agreed in the reservation. Operating hours are daily from 8:00 to 22:00.

1.3. Upon vehicle hand-over, a hand-over protocol is drawn up recording the vehicle condition, fuel level, mileage and any existing damage.

1.4. The daily mileage limit is 300 km. For every kilometre over the limit, a surcharge of 10 € per 100 km (pro rata) is charged.

1.5. The Lessee shall not provide the vehicle to a third party without the written consent of the Lessor.

1.6. Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of 150 € will be charged for any violation.

4.1. All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance (casco) and third-party liability insurance (TPL). These insurances are included in the rental price. In the event of an insured claim the Lessee pays an excess of at most €200 (basic cover). For a surcharge of €7 per day the Lessee may choose full cover when booking, in which case no excess applies (€0). The exclusions in point 4.2 apply equally to both options.

4.2. Insurance does not cover damage caused by:

• driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• gross negligence or intentional conduct
• driving off paved roads
• failure to properly identify the driver during an insurance event
• traffic violations leading to an accident

4.3. The Lessee is liable for all vehicle damage not covered by insurance and for damage to third parties exceeding the insurance coverage.

4.4. In the event of a traffic accident, the Lessee is obliged to:

• immediately notify the Lessor at tel. +421 903 629 183
• call the police (if required by law or circumstances)
• not leave the accident scene
• take photographic documentation
• complete an accident report form

7.1. Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up: free of charge, without any fees.

7.2. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up: the Lessor reserves the right to charge up to 50 % of the total rental price.

7.3. No-show without prior cancellation: the Lessor is entitled to 100 % of the total rental price.

7.4. Early return of the vehicle: the already paid rental fee is non-refundable.

10.1. The parties have agreed that the rental contract may be signed electronically, either on the Lessor's touch device or on the Lessee's own phone. Such a signature has the same validity as a handwritten one and the contract is deemed concluded in written form.

10.2. The Lessee's identity is verified by a one time code, which the Lessor sends by SMS to their phone number. The Lessor's SMS gateway delivers to 38 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Vatican City.

10.3. If the Lessee's phone number is from another country, the SMS will not arrive. The Lessor then sends the verification code by e-mail to the address given in the booking. A signature verified by e-mail has the same validity as one verified by SMS.

10.4. Before signing, the Lessee ticks three confirmations: that they have read the contract and these Terms and agree with them, that they agree to the electronic form of the signature, and that they understand the payment terms, the payment currency and the signature verification method. By signing the contract the Lessee confirms that they were informed of points 3.4, 3.6 and this article and agree with them.

10.5. An audit record of the signing is produced, holding the time, the IP address, the channel and target of the verification code, and the signature checksum. It is page 3 of the signed contract and the Lessee receives it together with the contract by e-mail.
