- Do I need an international driving license?
- EU/EEA driving licenses are accepted. Other licenses are accepted with an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Can I drive across the border?
- Yes — to all neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Ukraine on request) free of charge. Just let us know at booking.
- Is fuel included?
- You receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. Fuel itself is not included.
- What is the minimum age?
- Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a license held for at least 1 year. Drivers under 21 pay a small young-driver surcharge.
- Do you offer child seats?
- Yes, child seats and booster seats are available — just let us know at booking.
- Is winter equipment included in winter?
- Yes — all our cars are equipped with winter tires from November to March. Snow chains are available free of charge upon request.
